Each company will designate individuals who are authorized to approve the costs associated with using facilities on campus. Contact your Office Administrator to learn your company's approval process.
Employees authorized by their company can reserve spaces by emailing our Katie Montgomery at rosewoodcommons@swiftrp.com.
Space reservations are not final until we have received a signed contract. Upon receiving your reservation request we will do our best to contact you within 24 hours to determine your space needs and event logistics to draft a contract.
