Access & Security
Buildings 1 - 6 are unlocked Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00am to 6:00pm. Access outside of these times is by access card only. Your Office Administrator should provide you with an access card or cards to access the building and your suite; if you do not receive access information, please contact your Office Administrator.
Access to tenant suites is controlled by each tenant. Tenants should issue suite access instructions to their employees as needed.
Rosewood Commons features roving security from 4:00pm to 8:00am on Monday through Friday and 24-hours on weekends and campus holidays. If the Management Office is closed and you need immediate assistance, Security can be reached at 925-519-1286. During normal business hours, the Management Office (925-737-1900) should always be your first call.
Replacement Access Cards
The first access card for each employee is provided at no cost. There is a $25 replacement charge for each subsequent card required for the same person. These charges will be directly billed to the tenant and not to individuals.
