Parking

Rosewood Commons features ample parking around the entire campus. We ask that everyone be courteous of others when parking and obey common parking etiquette and rules. All employees, vendors, and friends and family of employees are expected to abide by common sense rules, including observing reasonable parking lot speeds (15mph) at all times.

Driving practice is not allowed in the parking lot or anywhere on campus at any time.

As the landlord we reserve the right to tow any vehicle that doesn't abide by parking rules and etiquette on our campus, with or without prior warning. This includes vehicles parked overnight without prior notification and approval, cars taking up multiple parking spaces, or cars remaining parked in the same location for an extended period of time.

Please help us avoid any towing by reminding your employees and coworkers to be courteous of others, including moving their vehicle from EV charging stations once fully charged.

Carpool Parking

There is designated carpool parking in front of each building. Carpool parking permits must be displayed in vehicles to park in this area. To receive carpool passes, employees participating in the carpool must fill out a Carpool Registration Form and return it as a group to Jessica Hart in the Management Office.

Overnight Parking

Overnight parking on the Rosewood Commons campus is permitted only with prior approval from the Management Office. Please complete the Overnight Parking Form and submit it to the Management Office with at least 48 hours notice.
