Outside Vendors
Your Company is responsible for any vendor or person that you invite on campus.
“Outside vendors” refers to any and all vendors who come to Rosewood Commons on your behalf, including caterers, shredding companies, snack and vending machine suppliers, IT vendors, etc. The Management Office needs to be informed of all outside vendors that are coming to campus to service you. Most vendors will not be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that names the Owner. However, we recommend that as part of your contract with vendors you require a COI that provides coverage to your company. We request copies of these COIs for our records.
Vendors that provide construction/alternation services or other potentially dangerous work are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the our requirements.

- Each sub-contractor, ex. Electricians, Plumbers
