Safety Teams
As part of your emergency plan, we strongly suggest that each tenant create a Safety Team for each floor (or partial floor) that they occupy. Suggested members of your safety team are:
Each member of your Safety Team should thoroughly understand their role in case of an emergency. Remember, real-life emergency situations are chaotic; routine practice in a normal environment can ensure everyone is ready. Communication and active listening are key.
We ask each of our tenants to send us an updated Emergency Information form annually. Please help us keep our records up to date by submitting updated information to our office as employees and roles change.
