Emergency Planning

Safety at Rosewood Commons is very important to all of us.

All our buildings are equipped with Fire Life Safety ("FLS") systems that are monitored 24/7 and maintained by our on-site Engineering Team and outside vendors per all state, county, and local regulations.

Each tenant is responsible for emergency preparedness within their suite(s). To assist you in this endeavor, we provide annual Floor Warden Training and mandatory Fire Drills for each building. We have also complied a detailed Emergency Plan along with designated assembly areas for each building.

In case of an emergency, first exit the building and proceed directly to your designated assembly area. If a fire alarm sounds, the Fire Department will automatically be alerted. If you are unsure if an emergency has been reported, call the Property Management Office at 925-737-1900 when you are in a safe location to do so.

Never use an elevator when evacuating a building during an emergency situation.

Using the stairways, exit single file, staying to the right to leave a clear path for emergency personnel.

Leave bags, drinks, and laptops behind. You are the most important thing!
