Work Orders

Work Orders are used to report the something is not working or needs to be changed. For example, in a area of your office needs the temperature adjusted, you can create a "Too Hot" or "Too Cold" work order.

When a work order is created, the entire Property Management and Engineering Team receive an alert. This is the quickest way to have your issue addressed. The more detail provided in the work order, the quicker we will be able to resolve the issue for you.

Please note that most requests are completed at no charge. However, above-standard requests (ex. requests for additional tables and/or chairs in your space) are subject to a labor charge and will be completed as staffing is available.

Our Engineering Team cannot work on personal property within your space, ex. ice machine, refrigerators, etc.
